We have been offering the trend sport of stand-up paddling since 2011. It is the perfect alternative activity on low wind<\/em> days and combines a full-body workout with the pleasure of walking on a tropical sea. The crystal-clear water allows you a pleasant view of the underwater world. On days with onshore winds you may even be able to surf a few small waves. Fun and games on calm days with stand-up polo, a funny combination of paddling technique, coordination and competition feeling.<\/p>\n

SUP is suitable for both beginners and advanced paddlers. Above all, it trains strength, endurance and balance.<\/p>\n
