Kitesurfing School
Kite beginner courses 1 – 4 with examination to get the VDWS Kite license, advanced courses and private lessons for going upwind,jibing and jumping. Supervision – assessment of kite levels by instructor.
The kitesurfing lessons are implemented fluently into the week. A very good combination of training and practice lessons/rental while the instructor remains the contact person during practice time. The ABC 1 course is to get you familiar with flying-techniques of the kite. Right at the beginning you will be experience the small trainer kite on land. Safety-measures will be shown while we show you how to set up a real tube-kite. You will feel the power of a kite in shallow water, while learning kite-control and steering. Once you are familiar with the kite in the air, we let you experience good splashing fun while body-dragging with the kite. This reflects the targeted usage and realization of the forces in the kite.

At the Kite ABC 2 course we catch up with day one. More kite-flying in order to improve your reactions at the kite and doing more directional and downwind body-drags for preparing us for the first water starts. With a bit of skillful training heading for the first kiting meters.

At the Kite ABC 3 course we catch up with day two. Thematic focus: We are deepening the technique of water-starting, depending on skills, it will be about going straight forward and even trying to keep the course a bit upwind to avoid drifting downwind. Theoretical topics are going to be implemented during the entire course .

Hint
Teaching hours are 60 min long. In case that group-courses will be held for a single person, the instructors presence can be reduced up to 30% of the time, as the teaching goals can be much faster learned at one to one teachings.
